Wonderful for Adrenal Burnout!

I'm a bit of a "Village Herbalist" (i.e. DIY at home) and had suffered a severe burnout a couple of years ago resulting in adrenal fatigue.

I started taking nettle infusions (half cup - 1 cup of nettle to 200mls boiling water) each day & it made SUCH a difference to how I felt!

I am also on a blood type diet (Blood Type 0 - Hunter / Gatherer so raw vege & meat, no grains, no dairy) & nettle has been a great substitute in cooking in place of other herbs / spices that I can't have.

SUCH a valuable herb! Am in the process of working out how to supplement some of the water in my homemade formula (goats yogurt, coconut water etc) for nettle infusion to boost vitamins & minerals for my little one :)
