Vitamin D3 suplements during pregnancy

After my first was born, I started getting sick all the time and getting lots of cold sores.

After my second was born, the cold sores got worse, an outbreak every other month and every other out break was a double outbreak and I still got sick often.

Then I started taking Vitamin D3 supplements, 5,000 IU, since then(7 months ago).

I have had a drastic improvement.

Now Im pregnant, do I keep taking them? After all the baby will vitamin D too. Or should I stop?

I only take 5,000 IU on days when I don't go outside or its cold and my body is covered.

Otherwise I adjust it depending on how much I was in the sun and how much skin was showing.
