Try birthing with a Doula!

A doula is a professional labor assistant that will advocate for you and will help you achieve the most natural childbirth possible, if that is what you desire. They use counter pressure and position changes, massage, and lots of other different techniques to help you cope with the intensity of labor. Try looking for one in your area. Someone who can back you up and help you make the most informed decisions possible is an awesome asset when you're in labor!

I have given birth 5 times. Had the epidural 3 times. Only worked with my first baby.

Don't waste your time getting it again! You can get the Nubaine and it only takes the edge off but is great! Hahaha I felt the other four labors all the way. Without epidural, they are shorter-my labors were anyways.

My last 2 babies were less than 3 hours from start to baby out!

Trust in yourself-use your martial arts as your center of focus on the pain! Remember you are a tough chick! You did martial arts, you can do this.
