prominent gallbladder found at my 20 week scan

I am now 22 weeks pregnant and have been told my unborn baby has a prominent/enlarged gallbladder, everything else on the scan was fine. Could this be a sign of Downs of Trismory 13? If anyone has any information please let me know.
