Pitocin Induction vs C Section?

by Jennifer
(Durham, NC)

I developed Cholestasis in pregnancy at 35 weeks. I am currently at 37 and was told I would be induced at 38. My baby has been transverse throughout the pregnancy but turned head down just for the US, then right back sideways.

In my birth plan, I say I DO NOT want Pitocin or water broken.

Question is, should I go ahead with the induction or go with the C Section??

This is my first pregnancy and things have been fine so far as far as BP, etc.
