Hi, I am pregnant of 3 months with Mono chorionic Mono amniotic twins. My doctor suggested to take first trimester screening of pregnancy and she told that there is no membrane between them if the membrane is not present then it will be a problem.

I heard that in so many cases there will be cesarian procedure for MoMo twins and also heard that it was very risky pregnancy. I am very afraid. What nutrition i need to take for healthy normal delivery?
