Miscarriage

The only reason I advocate ultrasound is because I have had 2 early misCarriages that never "cleared" naturally. The most recent I had MC @ 8 weeks yet at 13 weeks I hadn't even started to bleed or cramp etc... and without the u/s wouldn't know that the baby had no heartbeat. The longer the baby stayed inside the higher my risk for infection rises.

My first MC I started bleeding heavily at 21 weeks, and rushed to the ER, there they did a u/s and the baby had MC @ 12 weeks. I had an infection from that one. No u/s before this date.
