Gallbladder Pain

I'm pregnant with my 6th child and having severe gallbladder pain.

An ultrasound revealed only one large gallstone.


My doctor has offered to refer me to a surgeon to schedule having it removed, but I don't want surgery.

I can't sleep, or move around much without being doubled over in pain, but after 2 ultrasounds, the doctor assures me that there's no blockage or emergent problem.

He just gave me pain meds and told me to try heating pads.

I have 5 other kids and I homeschool. I cannot endure this for 6 more months. I've researched diet changes and supplements (beetroot, bile salts, etc.), but I have no idea what is safe/unsafe during pregnancy.

I live in rural MS and have limited options for natural doctors, health food stores, etc.

I'd love any advice, suggestions, and/or recommendations to help.
