I don't know if I can help but I'll try

Sadly more and more women are infertile than ever before.

I don't have all the answers but I can try to help.

First, I would use natural shampoos, deodorants, etc...the unnatural ones are loaded with estrogen like compound which mess with your hormones.

It is also not unusual for women to be infertile after coming of BC - these things are nasty.

You have taken really good actions for yourself already: water, good diet, exercise and good supplements.

I would add Red Raspberry Leaf Tea to the mix of herbs.

You also say that you are of normal weight which is good.

I would advise you to read Fertility, Cycles & Nutrition . I read it years ago and it is full of wonderful information.

My sil suffered from secondary infertility and was able to regulate her cycles and conceive after using this product called PLUS. I take it myself for it helps with PMS and mood-swings. I also took it while pregnant.

A couple other thoughts...this company has some natural products for infertility and cycles...I am not familiar with them. However, I am familiar with some other products they carry such as "Eze-birth"...I used them and was very pleased with them. Just a thought.

And one last thing, this lady says she was able to naturally treat her infertility. I know nothing of this program but thought you may be interested.
