Breech Baby and Vaginal Birth

My son and partner are expecting Nov 30.

The baby is currently in a breech position, but in the "best breech postion", whatever that means.

They did have an ultrasound and a C-Section was recommended. They very much wanted a home birth. I am, of course, very worried about mother and baby.

They don't have health insurance.

They talked about The Farm. My friend, who is a midwife, spoke very highly of your center, so I writing to ask what they can/should do.

They live in Berea, KY. Thank you for any suggestions you might provide. Did I say I was worried?
