What a wonderful website! Thank you for all the great information.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and am suffering terribly with seasonal allergies. This is my 3rd year to experience this ever and I am 38.

I was planning to try the stinging nettles freeze dried exract but read it's not good in high doses like that while pregnant. Last year, I tried everything... irrigation, air purifier, no curtains in my room, tumeric - causes diarrhea - and even drugs which are awful!

Any suggestions or advice?

Thoughts on stinging nettles?
